Before we tell you how our fire blankets differ from each other let’s have a look at some benefits they both share:

• Bridela Fire Blankets are made from 100% woven glass fibre fabric which is also totally asbestos free!
• Come in either a flat or tube pack which can be easily mounted to the walls.
• It’s qu­­ick and easy to withdraw the blanket from the containers meaning no time is wasted that could see the fire spread.
• Clear pictorial instructions printed directly on containers and dual language available rather than just English.

There is only really one thing you should be aware of as a business owner when it comes to what fire blankets are required.  Due to regulations in Europe, IC International provides fire blankets certified to meet the standards set in BS EN 1869.

Of course, the next variety of Bridela™ Fire Blankets are not available in Europe but, as they are tested against BS 476 (part 4 and 7), they are supplied throughout the rest of the world (outside of Europe).  If you are unsure of the BSI Group’s standards then please take a quick look at our website here.
